River's Edge on the Concord is a new family neighborhood currently
being developed in Lowell, Massachusetts. The
completed development will consist of 180 new units of housing with
a mix of single family and duplex styled homes including affordable
single family homes available through a lottery.
The
single family homes will be built in a variety of styles containing
three bedrooms and one and one half baths each. An attached garage
is also planned with each single family home.
The
duplex styled homes will also contain a similar three bedroom
layout and a bath and one half. Off street parking with two spaces
for each unit will be provided with the duplex styled units.
