River's Edge on the
Concord is a new family neighborhood currently being developed in Lowell,
Massachusetts. The completed development will consist of 180 new units
of housing with ninety single family and forty-five duplex styled homes.
The single family
homes will be built in a variety of styles containing three bedrooms
and one and one half baths each. An attached garage is also planned
with each single family home.
The duplex styled
homes will also contain a similar three bedroom layout and a bath and
one half. Off street parking with two spaces for each unit will be provided
with the duplex styled units.
Each duplex will
come with a project based rental certificate for the non owner occupied
unit guaranteeing a market rental income to the owner.
A number of the
units will be made affordable to families meeting low and moderate income
levels in the area. The remainder of the units will be sold to families
whose income does not exceed 150% of the area median income.
The market rate
single family homes are priced at $279,900 and the duplex styled homes
at $344,900.
The neighborhood
will have 100% new infrastructure in place with underground utilities.
The location offers easy access to the Lowell Connector and Routes 495
and 3.
